Delivery options

At checkout you can choose courier to your address or delivery to a pickup point/parcel locker. The exact cost depends on your address and the option you select, and is shown before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders are picked and dispatched on working days. The estimated delivery time for the method you choose is shown at checkout, and again in the email we send when your order is dispatched.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated in your cart from your address and the method you choose, and shown again at checkout before you pay. Products that ship free carry a free-delivery tag on their product page.

Tracking your order

When your order ships we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door or pickup point.

Problems with delivery
