Returns & refunds
You can return unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. The full process is on our Returns & Refunds page.
Contact us first via the Contact page to start a return, then send the item back as described on the Returns & Refunds page.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. See Returns & Refunds for details.

Sizing, care & account
Check our Size Guide for clothing, footwear and measuring tips. If you are between sizes, the guide suggests which way to go.
Follow the care label on each item. As a rule, wash cooler, dry flat where possible and reshape knitwear while damp to keep it looking its best.
Cuts vary between styles, so check the product description for the fabric and cut and the Size Guide for the body measurements each size is drafted to.
