Northbound Supply makes shirts and knitwear for cold and changeable weather.
Cotton, linen and wool, cut a little roomier so they can be worn in layers. Core colours are restocked all year; checks and patterns are made once and not repeated.

Made to be worn in layers
The shirts are the reason the rest of the range fits the way it does. An oxford or a linen shirt is cut close enough to wear on its own, and the flannel overshirt is cut one step wider so it closes over that shirt without pulling at the shoulders.
Over both of those goes the knitwear, which is where most of the warmth comes from: a lambswool scarf, ribbed gloves and a knitted hat, all in the same four colours as the shirts. Bought together the three layers give you an outfit for near-freezing weather without a heavy coat.
